राजस्थान के किसी भी अस्पताल में अगर किसी भी स्टाफ के साथ कोई गलत घटना होती है और अस्पताल में किसी भी सामान को क्षति होती है तो इसके बचाव और कार्यवाही हेतु राज्य सरकार द्वारा अधिनियम 2008 लाया गया है | ऐसी घटना होने पर तुरंत पुलिस में मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया जाना चाहिए, मुकदमे में दो बातों का ख़ास उल्लेख होना चाहिए – अधिनियम 2008 और राजकार्य में बाधा |
अगर महिला स्टाफ के साथ कुछ गलत हुआ है तो उसके लिए अलग से उत्पीड़न की धाराओं के अंतर्गत कारवाई होगी |
