DME Chhattisgarh Invites Online Applications for FMG Internship Counselling 2025

Chhattisgarh- The Director of Medical Education (DME) Chattisgarh is inviting online applications for the Internship Counselling Process for Foreign Medical Graduates (FMG). Only those candidates will be eligible to apply who have FMG Screening Test passing certificate/score card issued by NMC.

In this regard, DME Chattisgarh has also issued a notice informing all the FMG candidates that online applications are being invited for the counselling process for internship in government and private medical colleges of Chhattisgarh state. Therefore, candidates who have passed the FMG Screening Test and wish to do an internship in government and private medical colleges of Chhattisgarh state can apply online from today, i.e. 04th April 2025, 11:00 AM till 14 April 2025, 11:59 PM.

Following the conclusion of the registration process, the choice-filling and locking process will start from 14 April 2025, 11:59 PM. Meanwhile, eligible candidates will also be required to deposit the processing fee along with the prescribed online application fee while filling out the application form.

Payment can be made only through (i) QR code-based UPI and (ii) Bank Transfer. However, after making the payment, candidates are required to fill in the transaction details in the form. The fee, once paid, is non-refundable under any circumstances, whether the candidate joins the allotted internship program or not.

Moreover, at the time of online application, it will be mandatory for the candidates to upload the following documents along with the application form-

i FMG Certificate / Screening Test Score Card

ii Chhattisgarh State Domicile Certificate (if native of Chhattisgarh State)

iii Notarized Affidavit.

The entire counselling process (payment of registration fee, selection of institute) is done by the candidate himself, hence in case of incomplete or wrong information being provided, if the registration or allotment of the candidate is cancelled, then the entire responsibility for the same will be of the candidate only. This office or the counselling committee will not be responsible in any way.
