Death of 2 newborns at Kota CHC, action initiated against 14 staffers

Following the tragic deaths of two newborns at the Community Health Centre (CHC) in Rajasthan’s Kota, an inquiry committee has initiated action against 14 staff members of the health department over accusations of negligence.

The families of the infants claimed that the lack of coolers and ineffective ceiling fans led to their death. In response, a three-member committee was formed to probe the matter.
