Advisory on ‘Cashless Everywhere’ issued by IMA, Hospital Board of India
The Indian Medical Association (IMA) and Hospital Board of India (HBI) have jointly released an advisory regarding the ‘Cashless Everywhere’ program initiated by the General Insurance Corporation (GIC), voicing the medical sector’s apprehensions about its vague details and potential effects. The announcement, made by Dr. AK Ravikumar, head of IMA HBI HORS, pointed out the program’s launch without fully resolving the IMA HBI’s issues, particularly the lack of precise guidelines for its execution.
